packageThe DCSR500-8 is a fixed frequency VCO operating at 500 MHz and is excellent for use as a high frequency reference clock. This oscillator features a tuning sensitivity of 1.1 to 1.7 MHz/Volt for 0.5 to 8 volts applied to the tuning port. The DCSR500-8 exhibits exceptionally low phase noise of -125 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz and -170 dBc/Hz at 10 MHz offset, using a planar resonator topology for better stability over temperature and vibration than an equivalent SAW resonator-based oscillator. The output power of +4.5 dBm minimum comes from a bias requirement of only +8 volts at 44 mA maximum. The second harmonic is suppressed by 38 dB minimum. The package size is 0.5” x 0.5” x 0.195” (L x W x H) and operating temperature is -40 to +85°C. This VCO is fully RoHS compliant.
packageThe FCTS2000-100-5 is an ultra-low phase noise SAW phase locked oscillator source that outputs an exceptionally clean 2000 MHz signal when phase locked to a 100 MHz stable reference input signal. It’s ideal for high speed clock translator applications for improved signal purity in ADC, DAC and DDS clocks or as a STALO signal generator for S-band RADAR applications. The remarkably clean signal exceeds +5 dBm at the output with phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and ultimate noise floor nearing -165 dBc/Hz when the carrier offset frequency exceeds 200 kHz. It comes in a compact surface mount package measuring 1.25″ x 1.0″ x 0.230″ (LxWxH) and plug and play ready for system implementation.
packageThe KLFCPH-2070-10 is an intelligent (self-programmable), plug and play ready, low noise signal source for single frequency applications. This model multiplies a stable 10 MHz external reference input frequency to 2470 MHz with output power of +5 dBm minimum, and reaches phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset with ultimate floor nearing -165 dBc/Hz at carrier offset frequencies of more than 40 MHz. This versatile product is ideal for block frequency up/down converters and laboratory circuit applications. It comes in a connectorized package measuring 2.75″ x 2″ x 1″(LxWxH).
packageModel SDL-3 is a small 2 way power divider covering the wide frequency bandwidth of 10 – 1000 MHz with excellent performance suitable for many moderate power combining and splitting applications. It has excellent insertion loss of 1.5 dB maximum over the full band and Isolation of 17 dB or better. The unit is carefully tuned for amplitude unbalance of 0.5 dB typical and phase unbalance of just 7 degrees maximum. Input RF power is 1 watt CW maximum with lower power capability as a combiner. This performance comes in a very small surface mount package of 0.310” x 0.395” x 0.20 “.
packageThe SPS-405 is an optimized electronic phase shifter having 360 degrees minimum of variable phase shift. This small, surface mount component works over the frequency range of 395 MHz to 420 MHz with a maximum RF input power of 0 dBm. The SPS-405 uses a control voltage of 0 to +18 volts with a bandwidth from DC to 15 kHz. It has a typical insertion loss of 3.6 dB across its frequency band. Input and output VSWR are typically 1.7:1. Operating temperature is -40 to +85°C and this phase shifter is built into a surface mount package measuring 0.8″ x 0.4″ x 0.19” (L x W x H) with Rel-Pro® ENIG terminations and RoHS compliance.
packageThe KBK-708S is an ultra wideband directional coupler operating from 10 to 2000 MHz. Product features include 9.8 dB coupling with excellent coupling flatness of +/- 1.0 dB across the band. The mainline loss is 2.4 dB and a directivity of 17 dB typical over the upper half of the band with even better performance on the lower half of the band. This RoHS 1.25” square SMA connectorized package can handle up to 1 Watt of input power and operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85°C. Please contact the factory for other connector options.
